Refunds & 30-day warranty

We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery. We don't accept returns for a change of mind, so check the fit details in our FAQ before you order.

Every piece comes with a 30-day warranty. It's included in the price, never sold as an add-on.

Any manufacturing defect on any piece of the kit for 30 days after delivery: LEDs that don't light, a button that doesn't work, a collar or tail that won't charge.

Water damage, chewing, falls, normal wear, or coin batteries that run out. The lights are not waterproof.

Email hello@moonlightgallop.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll look into it with you and replace the item or refund you, and we'll tell you whether we need it back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Shopify.
