United States only, for now. We don't ship to the European Union or anywhere else yet.

8 to 12 business days to the US, up to 13 in December. That's the real figure from our suppliers, and it's the one we quote everywhere.

Your order may arrive in more than one package, because the pieces come from up to four different suppliers. Each package has its own tracking.

Shipping to the US is free on every order, with no minimum.

For Christmas, order by December 4.

Packages lost in transit or damaged on the way are always replaced or refunded, whether you added shipping protection or not. Email hello@moonlightgallop.com with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we take care of it.

An optional $7.99 add-on at checkout. If your package is marked delivered but stolen from your door, we send a new one or refund you. It's never preselected.

Tracking numbers are emailed by our checkout provider, Shopify, once each package ships.
